Bell Farm and Cattle Company are offering 12 bred and raised females sired by either Hereford or SimAngus (TM) bulls. All heifers were bred AI on 7/20/2024 to either Wilks Regiment 9095 or G A R Transcendent. Regiment is an Angus bull that is a calving ease, high growth bull with plenty of muscling and marbling. His calves will push down on the scales at weaning and do well in the feedlot and on a carcass grid. G A R Transcendent is in the top 1% of the Angus breed for marbling. Transcendent is also a calving ease bull with above average growth in a moderate package. A JYJ Red Angus bull sired by LSF RHO Night Focus 76B cleaned up the heifers from August 7th to September 3, 2024. This bull is a calving ease bull that will sire heifers that will excellent mothers and steer calves that will do well in the feedlot and on a grid marketing program. The Hereford sired heifers are showing slightly less than a quarter ear. Their dams are Brangus type females. The first group of SimAngus(TM) sired heifers are also out of the Brangus type dams. The second group of SimAngus(TM) sired heifers are out of SimAngus(TM) type dams. |
