C3 Cattle will be bringing a nice set of true F1 Hereford Brahman, and Angus Brahman bred heifers to the 2025 Fall Ball Sale.
Heifer lot numbers 425 to 450 and 476 to 492 will consist of 20 F1 Hereford Brahman bred females and 9 F1 Angus Brahman bred females. They were pasture exposed to a NextStep SimAngus bull (ASA 4187406), who is a 75% Simmental 25% Angus bull and a NextStep Simmental (ASA 4187434) bull from March 15 to July 1, 2025. Both bulls are in the top 40% of the breed for calving ease and are in the top 20% of the breed for API (All Purpose Index) and TI (Terminal index) suggesting they will produce nice replacement heifers and feeder calves. Projected calving dates are late December 2025 to early April 2026. Exact calving information will be available at sale time. |
