Tennessee River Music, Inc. developed these Hereford bulls primarily on forages supplemented with energy and protein. They have been evaluated at every turn for adequate muscle, structurally correctness, eye appeal and testicular development. EPD values on these bulls are genomically enhanced.
Lot 178 is a horned, balanced EPD bull in the top 20% of the Hereford breed for calving ease, birth weight, milk and REA EPDs. He is also in the top 30% of the Hereford breed for weaning and yearling weight EPDs. If your goal is to create Black Baldy or Hereford-Brahman Influenced females, Lot 175 is in the top 1% for BMI and top 2% for BII for the breed. He is also in the top 35% of the CHB economic index indicating carcass from his feeder progeny will be very desirable. Lot 179 is polled, thick and deep. He is also a paternal half sib to Lot 180. Lot 179's sire, Mandate is a cow producing machine with top 10% teat size and udder shape genetics in the Hereford breed. Lot 179 is following in his sire's footsteps combining top 10% calving ease genetics with excellent growth and marbling genetics. Lot 180 is a horned, pigmented, smooth made individual who is a paternal half sib to Lot 179. This Mandate son is in the top 20% for calving ease, weaning and yearling weight genetics. Lot 180 also possesses excellent genetics for teat size and udder shape. He is in the top 30% of the Hereford breed for BMI, BII and CHB economic indexes. Lot 181 is a horned, superior calving ease bull with excellent carcass and top 10% teat size and udder shape genetics. His maternal grandsire is Mandate. Lot 181 is thick and deep made with excellent eye pigment.
Lot 182 is a polled Manifest son. He is in the top 10% for calving ease and birth weight genetics with excellent milk and marbling. He is sired by Manifest, who is a son of Mandate, which combines some of the best genetics from the Ward and Shaw programs. Lot 182 is smooth made with excellent eye pigment that will be a female making machine. Lot 183 is a polled, high growth bull. He is in the top 5% of the Hereford breed for weaning and yearling weight EPDs and in the top 20% for REA and marbling genetics. His sire, Masterplan, is one of the most used bulls in the Hereford breed and is a paternal half sib to Lot 547. Lot 183 will be an excellent terminal type sire. |
